HMMWV-HMG Kills T-80?

Tank company equipped with T-80BV[m] assaults and moves to a range of 419 m (1 hex away). Recce unit equipped with HMMWV-HMG engages and kills 1 tank.

I saw this in 2.04, too. Never saw it in 2.03.

I guess it is remotely, just barely, possible to get a mobility kill in real life. I don't think a magic bullet would do it. You'd need a hole ready box of 'em.

Is this just an artifact of a low AP value unit will eventually get a kill against a high PF target? Is it a bug?

It is a very very small chance and reflects those mobility, equipment, crew kills that knock out the tank. And they Fall Out not get Destroyed in these cases. So not a bug. If you see hummer taking down more than one or one every attack, let us know.

A few rounds of API-T into those external fuel drums they sometimes carry on a rack on the rear of the hull, maybe ignite the fuel, it spills onto the rear deck and down into the engine compartment...I'd be bailing out.
