Is the game easier now with patch 1.9.5.7?

Is the game easier now with patch 1.9.5.7?

Just curious if others are finding the game much easier since the last patch? I am finding that I am not running out of cash and overall everything is much easier. My play style has not changed and I used to have a challenge at normal difficulty and now with higher difficulty I am still winning by a mile.

Thoughts?
