Ok, so here is another potential non-bug, like overruns.

I've been reviewing my broken game, where I got 3 turns into it, when my opponent discovered to his glee that disorganized Chinese land units get to freely re-organize behind the lines, because option 57, (which I think should be part of the core rules), is not implemented.

In this bug, if the directions are followed, Italy gets two naval moves. I've reproduced myself about 7 times successfully. I know that's probably not enough, but here goes.

Here are the directions to reproduce the bug:

Load the attached game, please note that I have saved in the port strike phase, so no funniness is going on in naval movement.
End the port strike phase for the major powers.
Begin the naval movement phase for italy
click on the 3-2 transport stacked in Homs,Libya with the left mouse button
The transport is now stuck to the mouse
click on a sea hex in the Italian Coast sea zone.
In the form the comes up, load from coastal hex.
Embark the 5-4 mountain unit from the coast
Select the 0 box for end of movement, and click ok.

Please note that Italy still has 1 naval movement.

They should have zero naval movements left.

without have looked at your file, but why should the movement of TRS and the subsequent loading take 2 naval moves? I would say that is one naval move.

Axel, I understand that the TRS moved from Homs to the sea. This is 1 naval move. Italy has 1 in a Combined, so there should be 0 moves left.

I looked at the file, and it is even worse. After moving the second TRS and loading a corps I still had 1 move left. I did 'undo all', and the corpses went back, the TRS were still in the 0-box and Italy now has 3 naval moves. See screenshot.
I will report it in the beta forum.

Edit: the naval move is consumed when placing it in the '1' box.....

Good catch. Workaround is not to spend the naval move. Undo all also has a bug as the TRS's did not go back to their ports.

Tried to look at this bug. But the version is 1.2.1.2
Good reason not to grab that public beta patch.

It is indeed a recent regression. I loaded the save in 1.2.0.12 and it wasn't doing this....

I think however, that in the balance the latest public beta has more to offer than to regress.....
