Currency Conversion of Matrix Products

Post by Leaddernoir »

Not too sure where to post this, but I have a question regarding Matrix games currency conversion policy. Unlike every other retailer that I have purchased from over the internet, Matrix seems to enforce some sort of static conversion rate regarding its games. The problem is that this rate is not indicative of market trends and seems to have not been updated in quite some time. The Australian dollar has been hovering around .89-.92 US cents for around a year (on average), yet Matrix has not priced its games accordingly for Australian customers. I am just wondering if someone from Matrix could shed some light as to why there is a discrepancy? Otherwise, is there a way to buy at the US dollar rate?

Thank you [:)]

Edit: This is not meant to be an inflammatory post, just curious about pricing policy, thank you.
