patch version 3

I have installed the new patch (v3).
I have found some small bugs :
- auto-scroll doesn't work anymore
- intelligence reports are always empty
- situation report and intelligence report buttons disappear when I click on a supply unit on the map
- I can't go to a different area when I click on the strategic map

(The music is very nice, the new interface is practical. Thanks for this update).

this is a good list of issues to raise - you should pm Frank with these in case he misses it, it seem shard to get a response deep down in here in the forums for older games
