PBEM++ Can't Login

When I try and log in to PBEM++ it tells me that my login is wrong. If I try and register, it tells me I'm already registered and the I need to login. If I try and register the game at Slitherine, it says I'm already registered.

I'm certain my credentials are right, they are the same that I use in other games for PBEM++. I tried to update the game and the updater tells me I'm using the latest. Any ideas on how to get around this?
