If you destroy OKW west of Leipzig it will reappear in the German player's turn on top of your unit. I lost a shock army that way.
Suggestion for houserules.
As soon as fighting starts in Berlin triangle, German's move OKW far to the west so normal battle can occur.

Matt,

OKW, OKH, West and Italian front HQs cannot be moved by the player. Never heard of this replacement happening, but will take a look and report it to Arnaud I guess.
