Device slots

Post by Dili »

I have made a search about fixed device slots and i have found this:

-Support squads (and engineer vehicle) need to remain in slots 250 – 255.

But not much more.

All initial device slots also seem to be not employed, is there any problem with them?

Is there still fixed slots for the Nuke, Port attack bomb, radars, missiles like in witp? anything else ?

Is there specific number slots for each side?

If you change slots, AI may (will) likely fail and need to re-written.

Thanks, but my question is about slots change for devices not LCUs or other units so i don't think that applies. More precisely the i want to put more naval guns and AA guns. I see enough slots free but i don't know if they are available. For exemple anyone seems to be scared of first slots.

On the device table, you can add into any blank slot you want. Moving slots will create issues with the TOE's ...

I get that changing existing slots puts another device in the unit that is linked to it, it is obvious. That is not my question. I have extra guns, for Axis and Allies and from your answers there is no restrictions on where to put them.
