Misc. Sp:Waw questions

Post by Guderian »

First of all: Hello everybody, and big Hiii to all good guys from SP forum - hi Bill, hi Vebba, hi Troopie, and everyone i didn't notice here so far.

My quick question is - are sounds/pictures/icons in the same formats as previous SP games (say LBM for pics)? Will existing editor (mostly Fred's SHPedit work ?

Cheers !

What program do you need to look at an LBM? Often, while bored at work, I'll fiddle around trying to see/modify the graphics in some games, but I can't 'see' LBM's.

AcDSee (win), SEA (dos). I use them both.
LBM is a veeery old format from some Amiga program (Deluxe Paint AFAIK).

Thanks a lot. Given my 'talent', it's probably best that I can't mess with them.

Hey Gud!

Nice to see you here Image

Pics are still in lbm format. Sounds are in wave format.

There is a built in OOB editor with the game for the bold, like you, my friend...WB

Note about LBM's: You can edit them with Paint Shop Pro. Photoshop does not support this format however...
