You Have Not Fulfilled Pre-requisite Goals Error...

Hello,

I have been greatly enjoying BASPM! Everything has been fine thus far - I got through a NASA campaign and now am trying a SSA game.

The lunar programs won't open up, claiming that I haven't met the pre-reqs (Earth satellite) - even though I have completed all of the LEO satellite programs.

I have attached a save file and a couple of screenshots. Thanks for the help and congratulations on a great game!

Edit: I'm running the Steam release v 1.0.0. I've verified the game file integrity.

Looking into the issue a bit, I was able to at least patch my own save file...

As seen in the attached picture, the issue was that the goal ID "00_EARTH_ORB_SAT" had been tagged as a cancelled goal somewhere along the way - perhaps because I pursued the space plane in lieu of Sputnik initially?

In any event, I was able to enable access to the lunar missions by creating a new GoalAchieved tag for EARTH_ORB_SAT and deleting the GoalCancelled tag.
