Problem with Trying to Edit Posts

I got this last night and again this morning when I try to edit posts in the AAR I'm doing. Is something going on with the server?

Me too, same thing, it is them not us, sent a memo to the help desk I don't know about you rkr but every time something goes wrong I think I did it [:(]

At 1:30 EST I could not edit posts.

You get this when the forum site logs you out part way through your session. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for when it may happen.

To recover:
Hit your back button and you should be able to get back to the post if you were replying at the bottom. If you had a separate window open due to quoting someone, it may still be open.

Either way highlight the works and press CTRL-C (copy). Re-log-in, go back to the thread you were in, go to the bottom message area, click on it and press CTRL-V (paste).

Saves a lot of time and frustration. If you are also still getting "you are posting too quickly errors", doing a quick CTRL-C on the entirety of what you are about to post can also save time and frustration.

If you look at the error,

Variable is undefined: 'aIsNewMember'
/forums/stopforumspam.asp, line 66

it looks to me that there's a code bug to new code added to stop spam. Most likely the variable, 'aIsNeMember' being referenced before it's been defined or being referenced in a method (i.e., /forums/stopforumspam.asp) that it hasn't been passed too.
