Your Order and Serial Numbers

Hello,

I recently had a serious meltdown with my PC and lost my WitP:AE download copy of game (No CD).
I logged in, and was able to download the game again from the "My Orders" page. Only problem is I don't have the old serial number, it was lost with my old Hard Drive, and I can't install the game without it, or update. Any suggextions??

Doesn't the members section have a my serial numbers page?

It's exactly like Twotribes said, you can check your serial number on the Members section by clicking on "My Serial#".

You can also contact us at support[at]slitherine.co.uk or open a Helpdesk Ticket in the same Members section.
