I download the game in Steam , and "Connection time out"

I bought the game in Steam ,and try to download it ,but it always stop in "Creating local game cache files", and wait a long time ,finally ,it say "Connection time out". I use all of the "Download Region" ,but it's useless...

but I'm come form China ....there is no logical....

Hello youxuyu,
Yes, do please try changing the server region (as sometimes certain servers do run slower than others) and also ensure that your anti-virus/anti-malware software are temporarily disabled while the download is occurring. Also ensure your firewall is allowing the Steam client through.
