Minor country setup question?

Is there somewhere in game to look up what units a minor country will setup when war is declared?

Yes. Go to Info - Pools - Force pools and select the minor country. The units shown there are the units that will enter the game this turn, either direct on the map or to arrive next turn. The distinction between the two is that units which will arrive as reinforcements are shown with the current year in the unit description panel or has an R (for Reserve) on the counter.

In the picture, Rumania is shown in 1940. Notice that the HQ will not arrive directly on the map, since the date is 1940. If Rumania is called in the war (aligned or DoW'ed on) this turn, than Antonescu will arrive next turn. The Militia also will arrive next turn, since it has an R stated on the counter.

I also cannot find where neutral minor units for future years are at. Do you have an idea how to find those?

Have you tried to adjust the filter ("Set Filter" button)? It might be preset to show the current year forcepool of the minor.
