Updates cumulative?

I jumped over here from Marshall's queries on main board re a possible sync issue. Is it the case that if updating you must load each successive updated Beta?.... or are you ok if you merely load the Beta?.....in other words does last most recent Beta encompass all earlier updates???

Each Beta is cumulative since the last full release. The worry about instability is from a player who staunchly does not use the Betas. The only time you should be careful about jumping versions is when there is/are some specific changes that make it wiser to go one at a time.
