UK can't choose actions

I am running the latest patch and in May/June 41 the UK could not choose any action and the USSR came up twice. I saved in Naval Air phase and if played through the UK never comes up for any actions.

In the autosave allies menu for global war, you can find the autosave for the "Choose Action, Commonwealth". Can you load this autosave and see if this bug still appears?

Yes it ran in autosave for Choose Action but it is the turn before. I will play again from this spot to see if it occurs again.

Another work-around may be to save, exit, and restore at this point as this bug sounds similar to the one posted today:

I have played through from the Autosave point and the problem has not occurred again (so far).
