Why so quiet?

In the age of Pike and Shot, mighty struggles erupted across Europe for causes religious, political or dynastic. The Thirty Years War raged across Germany and beyond, leaving devastation in its wake, but saw the rise of great commanders such as Count Tilly, Wallenstein and King Gustavus Adolphus of Sweden, and rapid developments in battlefield tactics.

Why so quiet?

Post by RogerJNeilson »

Not happy when a game I like has nothing on its forum....

I think this needs development in places, but its fun. Am I the only person using it?

Thanks, I was a little concerned. I see your point.

IMO, Field of Glory digital is inferior in almost every respect. And yet I have 100s of lovingly crafted scenarios - and barely a handful for Pike & Shot? This may be due to FoG's boardgame fanbase and length-and-breadth of the eras the game can model.

But this game needs a little love like Warhammer is getting. I just can't get excited enough to play it again myself.

Don't forget that FOG digital has been out for years.

The number of Pike and Shot user scenarios downloadable in game has increased significantly over the last few weeks - obviously it took some time for people to get going. It will no doubt continue to increase.

Yes, you are right. I was checking the forums and not checking in-game. Glad you woke me up, though, as I might have missed all that completely. [&o]
