How to retrieve lost pbem++ username and password..

After formatting updating my windows 7 32bit to 64bit I have managed to forget my pbem++ username and password, how do you retrieve your pbem++ account info?

Best thing to try would be to email the support folks at Slitherine. I'll shoot Matrix folks an email to see what if anything they can do. That is beyond our help zone.
