A question about price difference Matrix/Steam

Post by Charly G »

I've bought all my games by Matrix/Slitherine. But I see a difference with the Steam price for this game.

For French people, Armageddon by Matrix/Slitherine is 25,99 euros + 5,20 euros (20% VAT) = 31,19 euros.
For French people, Armageddon by Steam (included French VAT) is 27,74 euros.

I want to continue to buy my games with Matrix/Slitherine, but I would like understand this price difference.
Thanks.

We use a direct currency conversion and Steam does not. In $ it should be the same. Sometimes this ends up with games being less or more on one site or another. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do :(
