1. How fast do prep points accrue?
I started prepping for the invasion of Italy on Aug 14 turn. Prep seems to be about 6 Points per turn.
Can that be increased?
You can run but you'll die tired!

The larger the port and the smaller the invasion force the quicker prep pints accumulate.

Hi Mike,

The exact formula for this is in the manual, but port size and the size of the forces in the hex with the Amphib HQ are the two factors.
