Best way to learn game for a total noob?

Hey guys just got the game and man am I lost lol. I plyed the tutorial will start reading the manual, but was wondering if anyone know of any good tutorials via youtube or AAR that they can recommend for a noob like me to learn the game? Please let me know. I so desperately want to learn the game. Thanks again...
