How to air transport the paratroopers?

Post by MrLongleg »

In the Husky scenario it seems to me that dropping airborne troops is quite dangerous without providing meaningful benefit. So I want to fly them in ponce the airfields are secured. But I am to stupid to figure out how to do it. I am going to air transport mode (unit), select a paratrooper regiment. That will highlight some hexes with airfields in Sicily, but when I right click on the airfield nothing happens. What am I missing?
