Videos not playng in full screen mode

Hello, I noticed that all the video clips (both introductory and end of scenarios) do not play when the game run in full screen mod; is this by design or is my pc having some problem?

This is by design. There was a problem with playback which was not going to the foreground. We were not able to solve it without going into risky update of dx libraries, so videos are off in full screen.
