How to get the airbase support unit moved?

Post by MrLongleg »

Ok, I took part of Sicily and am busy moving air units to my freshly conquered air fields. Now I found out that the ones I conquered from the Germans do not have any support units there, so there are marked red although I have air squadrons on them. How do I make a real airbase out of them?

On the turn you capture the base you can prepare them for the rebase by setting the max TOE from AUTO to something like 50-60 so that it'll get a few support units the next logistics phase. After you rebase the aircraft set it back to AUTO and it'll get up in a hurry if that base is supplied.
