Disappointed that the players guide is not in the hardcopy manual

I received my manual today. It is excellent, as expected. However, I was very disappointed to see that the players guide and one-page guides are not in the manual. I guess I was expecting everything to be in the printed copy. That is why I bought the manual version.

Oh well, I'm bummed but it is what it is.

I'm sorry you were expecting that but it was was never planned or promised- pretty much every one of our complex games has a main game manual and also some auxiliary PDFs. Unlike WITE, where we could only print part of the manual to get it to fit in the box, as you have now seen we went all out with the WITW manual and printed the whole thing in this larger hardcover format. This went off to print before the Player's Handbook, which was never intended to be printed, was even finished with layout. Instead, the Player's Handbook is designed to be easily printed at home and it's also quite short and as with all PDFs, easy to update.
