EF arrival location

Gary Grigsby’s War in the West 1943-45 is the most ambitious and detailed computer wargame on the Western Front of World War II ever made. Starting with the Summer 1943 invasions of Sicily and Italy and proceeding through the invasions of France and the drive into Germany, War in the West brings you all the Allied campaigns in Western Europe and the capability to re-fight the Western Front according to your plan.

Possibly, although the logic of how it places units coming into the game has been kept intentionally simple (IIRC, it's basically east to west, north to south, I'd need to see some saves to get a sense of what's going on. As Germany gets overrun, it's gets more difficult to have an automatic system that is going to make the player happy. There is a fairly generic system now, and if we try to add more special cases we risk making things worse. But if we get some saves where we can see where the reinforcements are coming in, we'll take a look. We'd also ideally like saves before the German log phase so we can test any change that might be made.
All understanding comes after the fact.

Would it be possible to make EF transfer same as air groups transfer?

Air groups arrives to the National Reserve. There is no such thing for the ground units and it is not possible to use the same mechanics. Adding something totally new could be quite complex.

How about having them pop into/West of Berlin? Since the game will end if Berlin falls.
