Garrison question

Garrison question

I am playing the Italy Grand Campaign as the Allies. Do I have to leave a garrison in North Africa? Or can I ship all the units there to the Italian front? How can I tell if I need to leave a garrison in a city or area?

I read somewhere that the Germans have no way of invading either North Africa or the UK.

They have no transports

I am not worried about Ze Germans. I am wondering if there are partisans in North Africa.

Don't neglect the UK or NA/Med air defenses though. The Germans can still mount air raids against your ports and industry if you leave them defenseless.
