Game Crash 1.9.10

Windows 7 64 bit.
No mods, just Generic Default game with latest update (which I have never been able to choose Save AS.. without an exception error.)
Cannot save - but autosave worked until now when it crashed the game
here is what the Steam Crash log states;

17:27:12 Finalizer: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
