Access PBEM

Trying to play a PBEM with another player and when trying to login it comes back stating Serial Number is already register to another user. I may have forgotten the userID and password. How can I either reset it or find out what the userid and password is?

My bad, I select the wrong button to play a PBEM [;)] However I still need to know what my userid and password is for PBEM++.

John best thing to try is going through Matrix or Slitherine support site. Explain your situation and see what they can do.
