Reassign Amphib HQs?

Gary Grigsby’s War in the West 1943-45 is the most ambitious and detailed computer wargame on the Western Front of World War II ever made. Reassign Amphib HQs?

I moved some Amphibious HQs from the Mediterranean to Britain but I can't find a way to reassign them to SHAEF from being assigned to AFHQ.

HOW does one reassign their HQ?

Does SHAEF exist yet? It is a command at the beginning of the game.

You can't reassign amph HQ's, but it doesn't matter
