Is there any extra art work for the extra ships in DBB?

Oh, and the extra ships added to BTS?

Babes is a semi-official scenario set. All of the extra ship art for standard Babes scenarios was added to the last official Matrix comprehensive game update: UpdateComp-v1108.9. You don't need to go looking for anything else. If you have the official updated stock game, you have the Babes ships.

That's up to the modder. Each modder may have different/more/less vessels in their art-pack that are different/additional from stock. John 3rd is excellent at customer support.
