Failure LW air support

Playing GC '42 sent all LW to Reserve at start, then reassigned as desired in T2. No LW support apparent even by T4, neither planned attack or GS.
What up bro'?

Using commander's report, had set Max TOE for all pieces to "60." This worked as expected. Also set Air base "commitment level" to zero, but reset correctly when air groups reassigned.

What is your % required to fly set at?

Aha!... have dismissed the game, but suspect that's it. Thanks. Might try something like that again and will check %.
