CTD after slow down

My actual Game (1.9.5.10 Steam) is crashing to desktop often without any DW_CrashDump file or message. Before CTD the game slows down and is jerky. Mostly the game goes on normaly, but sometimes it crashes to desktop. The game was created on 1.9.5.10.
