Reactivation costs

GC '42, Axis, has plenty of "frozen" pieces that require "reactivation." Find that info panel always says cost will be 2 points, but this varies from 2,4, or much more for mot, mech, Pz etc.

What's up?

Working as intended. Reactivation means motorizing static troops. Obviously mechanised division
needs more points than a foot infantry.

Question is not about the cost difference, but about why reported as "2."

Small glitch, but developers should note. Leaves open question about "what else is lurking in the code?"
