why am i getting supplies but not replacements?

can somebody check out my save and tell me why im only getting a few replacements per turn while ive got a pretty decent amount in the pool.

my units seem to get all other supplies but no men.

The Supply Detail for the units I quickly looked at are showing 'No manpower' failures, although some replacements were received on WF from the Commanders report.

You only have 701 German manpower in the active pool, which is what gets built in one turn. This comes in after replacements are given out, so you are scraping the bottom of your manpower pool each turn.

thanks for the help guys ive never tried to get into a game this complex before and its slowly coming together for me.

so I see this 701 manpower in the pool, but I also see more than 8k worth of infantry squads in the pool, does this mean the equipment for 8k squads has been produced but is waiting on manpower to flesh it out?

also what is the difference between active and transit pool?

Yes, pools are equipment only. Transit pools are manpower moving around and not yet available (wounded returning to duty after being sent home, etc.).
