new csv files

New counters for MG and new csv files.The read me is inside.
The use of this new files is indispensable to play the new scenario:Valhalla bound(downloadable on netwargamingitalia.net) and Slamming of the Door but can be used also with the old previous.
Valhalla bound contein also new maps in winter version.

The file xls go in the same folder of the csv.Is a file Excel and is used only to read the csv that is the same but in the form used by the program.
You can compile the xls and than transform it in csv using the function in Excel.
