Truckin....

Post by ryan1488 »

Take a look at this save maybe someone could enlighten me. Shift-e please.

Take a look at Vienna and Munich. Just where are all those trucks going? And the amount of supplies used?

Also take a look at luftflotte reich. It appears they are in need of some massive replacements, more than the 10th and 14th army combined. Maybe this is part of a bug that was discussed earlier?

Do you have a save from the prior Allied turn. I can't really explain why LW Reich is showing what it's showing, nor can I find a unit that's showing that it got freight from Vienna.

There's at least a chance that some trucks are being used for the economy. I have no idea what's going on with Luftflotte Reich and will send it to Gary to see if he can figure out what's going on.

once again I only clicked save when I seen something I didn't understand, is there an autosave feature I can enable?

iirc you can play on to the next turn and the trucks issue will sort itself out, however lw reich continues to need replacements.

I had another turn with even more wild truck use but I forgot to save.

Yes, please turn on the autosave feature which is in the preference screen on the top right.

Gary found there is a flak unit that needs 4 105mm flak gun with a load cost of 9999 that is inflating the need. He's adjusting it so that the load costs of 9999 won't actually show they need that much freight.

Load cost of 9999 - bane of my life in AE too. Usually that meant it was an inactive (or not built) device in AE. Until we actually started using it for the 'weapon load cost'.[:D]
