'Tis a pity. I can't imagine that there wouldn't be better cuts of meat than sausage (ground) meat. What about the steaks, chops, roasts and other tasty cuts?

Pretty cool. I am a butcher..so the word cow does not make sense. A cow is female, unless they were engineered to produce horns. The correct term would be bulls (male). I do find this very interesting though. Would like to get my hands on one and butcher them.
