The Arival of the Red army, is welcomed by the local. Italian women use every oportunity to show their appreciation. Local Enthusiast organise a salute from the local guns.. unfortunatly wrong ammo is used, and a Guards platoon gets hammered by arty.

Il-2s are innefective, but a saharina, possibly with Incursori passagers is destroyed by a scouting BA-10

The BA-10 that commited the offence is taken out by another Saharina. A there are many large packs of ATrifles those huge 10 man squads, several of them.

In the North a large group of BA-10 and some small tanks are spotted and given a warm welcome 81mm type no kills but it may make them a little more respectful and cautious.

The welcome that you had from the females was a plan, don't worry about that new itch many of your troops have now it will go away soon:rolleyes:

Those trucks had 90mms on them, as rumbling can be heard in the distance, such a waste to tear up the most beautiful country side in Europe, but such is the haevy handed Russian way.

The Russian, juggernaught has proved very cautious, another one of those BA things gets turned into a noddle strainer, I just need to make sure the pasta is at least 13.2 mms wide wouldn't want to waste any :rolleyes:

The Russian airforce attacks in force, three planes attack killing two of my trucks, farmers are inspecting the remaines of one of the Russian fighter bombers, the other fighter has some smoke trailing it as it flys off the larger bomber gets away clean.

A German Flak88AAA gun, a 37mm SPAA Truck and another 90mm SPAA truck are destroyed. The Red Airforce, emboldened by the substantial decrease in AAA fire come about for another sortie... Ammo trucks are strafed to no effect. Using updated intelligence a 120mm mortar battery opens fire on Italian Arty Positions... one 105mm SPA truck gets a 120mm present from Uncle Joe and explodes:). Partisans rescue downed Russian Pilot from Mussolini's clutches.

In other news zis-57 takes out that irritating flame tank of yours.

I had many a fun time playing Italians against the AI. I would buy myself vareous Heavy AT Guns and AT Gun Trucks... And give the CPU literally 4 times the Matildas and cruisers and such.... Then I would watch the slaughter:)

Brutal Italian flame tanks Burn Russian Infantry where they stand.. Saw one shoot as many as 6 Times!!!, Spearheaded by these Monsters, viking throws what seems to be a probing attack consisting of 3 Flamers and 3 Medium tanks on My Northern Flank. Russian Reprisal for the inhumane burning of their Comrades is Immediate... T-70s and BA-10s take out 3 Medium Italian tanks and one flamer. A LagG fighter takes out another flamer, Yet another flamer is taken out by a 107mm mortar round... The last Evil flamer is pounded by many many arty rounds.

A PE-2 bombs One of your few remaining Northern AA Guns... If its not dead now it will be soon... Partisans popout and kill a Desertica.. possibly with Incursori Inside. Ill2s Kill another dessertica.

Most of my AA may be gone but unless you have some sort of magic off board ammo dump your planes should be out of bombs and rockets, been watching the replays, I normally don't but sometime air gets out of hand.

Any way , several more Russian squads get burnt to a crisp, not much else

Golrious partisans pop out once again.... right next to an 88AAA (youll have to watch the replay to see what happened to your expensive German gun):p Keep in mind i DID keep to the generally accepted 2 platoon limit when buying Infiltrators, truth be told i never expected my partisans to be such a fearsome force.

In the south only the woodpeckers are heard as the front is deceptively quite. In the center a Saharina/Desertica (always get the two mixed up) is killed by a zis tank destroyer.

In the North the skirmish continues... a lone t-70 braves the overwatching flmae tank and manages to kill bothe the flamer and the Desertica gun car it was overwatching... another t-70 chases of some crew about to recrew their tanks.

Vikings Men learn that the Russian planes were picked for their ammo aount on their SHVAK guns as the Red aiforce returns to kill a flamer and a dessertica... Italian Airforce is still being held in reserve..... OR sneaky viking purchased paratroopers in those monstrous 44 men planes.... either way... Soviet women AAA gunner's (imported from Stalingrad) are ready.

I wasn't given the option of air thats why I was a little suprized by your purchase my fault I should have looked at the set up more closely.

Was that two platoons of infiltrators or two groups ? big difference but again we had no agreement so all is fair in love and war.

In the game, Italain flame stikes again scratch three of tose T-70s and multiple infantry squads !

It seems the Russian army does not trust its gear PZ-IIIs can be seen heading to the front, another partisan squads is killed and another on runs away next turn perhaps. Italy loses are on par with the damage inflicted to the Russian forces but it is anybody's ballgame right now.
