Clearing the Multiplayer Interface

I have a couple dozen old and completed games in the multiplayer interface. I try to claim game, surrender and such to clear all these old games. Nothing works. How do I get rid of old, no longer active games.

Symple, I had success with Matrix/Slitherine Support with the same issue. Paulo Costa (who is also in CTGW credits) was my contact person there. I'll suggest to take a SS (not necessary, but helpful) of the MP lobby list to send with your request to have matches deleted, point out those over the 30 day threshold of last turn played (that's important) you are concerned with. Usually takes them a few days there about to wipe the MP list clean of your requests, a short explanation is about all you need to get the ball rolling. Paulo will contact you by email .
