I like to get TB crews to 70 in naval attack with torpedoes if I can afford to wait for them.

Also, I wonder what the result would be if a sqdn with 0 ac was filled to max pilots...? [8|]

As I stated in the other thread recently opened on this, I have several A/C units with 32 pilots and 2 A/C. It seems from observation that training proceeds at a 'normal' rate, but experience gain is low. Now I don't know if the code even considers this, or if its just an anomaly. At the very least more needs to be seen.

OK folks, let's think on this. If I were to run more tests on the 'Leaders' issue, what do you think would be worth studying?

- Does a Leader's combat Experience level matter? I could test sqdns w/veteran leaders vs. a non-veteran ones?
- Does adding additional 'instructors' matter? I could test this by adding 1, 2, 3, or more veteran non-leaders?
- Does the overall starting Experience level matter? I could test units starting at rookie levels, and units that start at over 50 levels?

I haven't a clue, but it would be interesting to see. Yes? No?

Let me know what you think.
