Here's the situation in T43. The lines are relatively stable now. Not much pushing and shoving going on now.

For the past couple of turns Tom and I have been fighting over Leyte. I've already sunk a couple of his ships and the AAA
unit is down to 44% readiness and I'm pretty sure the city is going to fall soon.

I'm still losing more planes than the Allies are in my airfield attacks. I'm going to have to quit doing that.

I discovered a CVE in the stack of Allied ships and went after it with a vengence. Got two CV's from this strike.

Leyte fell. Now the Allies are introducing troops into PI and I'm dealing with more than I can chew as it is. This doesn't look good.

Thomas decided that the AAA leatheality level ( how do you spell that ? ) was too low and he wanted to do a few tests to find
a better number and do a re-start. And this time Tom is going to handle the Japs. He's an expert at this scenario and so I'm
excited to get started on the new game. Stay tuned.

EDIT: Okie dokie I've received some moves from Tom and true to his form he's made landings all over the Pacific and the
Pearl Strike went swimmingly for him. The playback seems to have a tiny problem in that any unit that gets killed at any
point in the replay is invisible for the duration of the entire replay. D'oh.

At any rate Tom made some landings on the west side of Malaya and the Phillippines and on New Guinea and Borneo. Or is it
the Celebes. As you can see in the image there are red dots springing up in the South Pacific. Tom tells me he devestated the
shock level for the Allies so that the correct number of ships would be disabled in the Pearl Strike and that shock level will be in
effect for a couple of turns so I probably shouldn't do any attacking until the shock level improves.

All the Chinese units are in some kind of garrison mode and I can't move or attack with them. And these early turns are
relatively important to get the units in good positions. There must be a good reason for this however, we'll have to ask
Tom about this.

As a surprise I found some Jap paratroops near Java. I'm not sure where he's going next but with his air mobility he can go almost
anywhere from where he is now.

Here's the worst part of all: The American ships are also in some kind of garrison mode. I can't chase the Japs this way.

Okie dokie..........here's T2's look at south China. I can finally move most of the Chinese and I'm going to move up to contact
and make 3-dot stands there. The proficiency is in the 20's and 30's and so I don't plan on attacking with them. Actually, I
am wondering if they can form and stand in a front line of sorts. The terrain isn't very forgiving and the supply level is low so
I'm not planning on a lot of combat operations anytime soon.

Here's how the air war is going right now. I'm seeing scarce resources to draw upon here. There's only the British aircraft
in the Rangoon area and the Chinese Gladiators ( biplanes ) and the AVG which I need to move to better positions soon.
Thomas has landed paratroops next to the Port of Singapore and that spells disaster for the British and Australians.

Here's the Singapore situation now. I've got an Indian division at Kota Bhura that I'm not real sure what the best thing for it to
do now. I can divide it and drive south. I can try to move north to become a road block. I can move toward Singapore with it
to dislodge one of the paratroops, maybe both. But what good would that do in the long run. I'm going to try to re-establish
some flow of supply to it first of all.

Here's the face of Bangkok now. I notice a build up in IndoChina that could threaten my coastal road / supply situation near
Rangoon. I'm going to have to get some people there pretty quickly now. Maybe sail some from the West into Rangoon?

I moved some Hurricanes and Spitfires to Sumatra near Singapore to try to mitigate the Jap airpower there. I don't know what good
it will do but it seemed the right thing to do. I'm looking around for some bombers to fly into Java for some CS missions.

Thomas captured Wake island in T2 and I wondered what happened to the Wildcats there and I found them at Midway.
All 12 of them are present but they are in reorg. Also at Midway is a spotter plane unit and some Marines. I'm going to
have to ship more people to Midway sometime soon.

This is the face of Guam now. The Japs captured it in T2 and now the Marines are trapped there and will have to surrender.

Here's the T3 face of Manila. The Japs captured Manila so now all the Allied units are out of supply. The mop-up phase has
begun.
