The simulation of artillery crews finding protection from cavalry within infantry squares will be a real challenge for the design team.

The US Civil War infantry tactics were less complex than Napoleonic infantry tactics, so, IMHO, the design of this one will be a challenge.
Only the dead have seen the end of War.
