patch required

I've an important question.
I have exe named 22

Then I have downoload the patch from members club

Then there is a beta 3.0

And then an official patch named 3.01

I have ton install all?

Or 3.01 is a comprehensive patch?

Please help me

Ok. I've re-installed the game, and i've installed all the patches in order, and it doesn't work, game crashes. So I suppose 3.01 is a comprehensive patch.
