The AMA published in November that cinnamon helps to reduce cholesterol. It did not mention anything about how this spice was to be introduced to the blood stream [:D]

A very good point [:)]. The last thing you want when a 4,000 pounder goes off next to you is not to have been wearing your hard hat.
