Replacement pilots

Does the RCAF ever get replacement pilots in their pool? Most of the other pilot pools look fine but the RCAF started out with very few. These ran out fairly quickly and I've yet to see any new ones enter the pool. I usually start my turn by checking morale levels and resting those units under 60. I then check to see which groups/squadrons need pilots but for several turns now the RCAF has been at 0, leaving me unable to give those groups/squadrons fresh pilots. What am I missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The enemy invariably attacks on one of two occasions: 1. When you're ready for them. 2. When you're not ready for them.

Its kind of amusing considering most pilots that flew for the commonwealth were trained in Canada. And they stopped the training program in 1944 because of a surplus of pilots.

We increased amount of trained pilots gain for Canada in next patch, aprox. x3.
