Cost to recall a destroyed unit

Post by colt6900 »

I've noticed that there is a cost to recall column in the destroyed unit screen.
However, I do not see a way to pay the cost and recall the unit?
So I'm not sure what that column actually is for?

Right click on the unit name and you get a popup box.

On the Intel screen, click on the 'Ground Units Destroyed' button at the lower right. Some units are listed as 'Can't Recall' under the 'Cost to recall' column, others are listed as undefinded. For these latter, you must click on them, then close the pop-up box, then the PP cost to recall will be listed in the view.

If you right click the unit, sometimes it will go to the very bottom of the list of all the destroyed units. The cost is usually minimal because it is the CURRENT cost, with few men..If you purchase it, it will arrive weeks later in the purchased state,(with the few men you paid for)..In time, it will fill from the replacement pool..To transport the unit to another theatre, change its' HQ while it still has few men..
IMHO the ability to purchase these units was one of the best options given by the WITP AE crew.

The trick here is that you have to click on the name of the unit to "assess" it in order to make it purchasable.

Then click on the name of the unit again to purchase it.

The clicks are opposite and I forget which is which...ie...whether its a right click first followed by a left click or vice versa.
