Not a fan...looks like the Transformers logo...and gives no association with war games. Too strong contrast in the colors and doesn´t look professionally made.

Old one was much better.

It makes Matrix look more like a spider-fancier's website than a wargaming site.

I would not scrap it. But perhaps cut it down to about 60% of it's size and add the words Matrix Games below it so that their is some brand association with the logo.
