The CW declare war on Denmark. Do the Danes align with the CW - I am assuming yes? Where do they set up?
Denmark aligns to CW and they place 5 convoy points on Iceland and the remaining ships (2 cruisers and 1 CP) in Frederikshavn.

If you want to end it all fast, just declare war on the US with all Axis powers and be done with it. [:'(]
warspite1

If I wanted it to end fast I could do that. However I am trying to make a game of it. There is no way through for the Axis in the west anytime soon; if I simply try and hammer away, the Japanese will be dead by 1942. Had I not declared war on the USSR with Japan then I would still be trying in the west but that, combined with the ridiculous Italian declaration of war has meant I need to take a different route.

But then what do I know? - I'm just having fun playing the game.

The Germans take a Land and the other two take a naval.

A floatplane heads for the Baltic.
In the Med, a couple of fighters take up convoy protection positions in the Italian Coast.

The IJN puts to sea with almost the entire fleet - good job oil is not a consideration..... Most of these are on convoy protection duty, but a couple of TRS pick up infantry in the China Sea and a small task force heads for the Arabian sea with an infantry unit.
The Regia Marina turns tale and heads for the ample bosom of La Spezia. A couple of subs occupy the Italian Coast.

No Strat bombing
No ground strikes

Rail Movement - von Bock heads for East Prussia with a Paratrooper, von Rundstedt for Galicia.

Two Germans, a division and a motorised, head for Copenhagen and Fredrikshaven. Pedar Skram escaped, Niels Juel and the convoy was destroyed. I put Pedar Skram in Plymouth (as unable to reach Liverpool).

Interesting... The Axis just went berserk. What was it again: failing a moral check by rolling a "12" with two D6? Or was it a "2" (to long since a played that game...)?

There are three attacks announced:

1. Southeast of Petsamo
2. Southwest of Kaunas
3. Lvov

The first two are automatic, while the third, at 7:1 I make the bold assumption that the Soviets will choose Assault.

The attack in the south is first. Whatdoyaknow? Another 2.....

The German units are both disorganised.

Thankfully the attack in Lithuania is automatic - because that is a 2 as well.

Maybe the program doesn't bother displaying a new die roll on automatic attacks?

I was considering spreading my forces and assuming 4:1 or 5:1's would get me some decent results. Good job I didn't.

Ritter von Leeb reorganises an Me-109.

And then the icing on the cake.... the weather is a 6 - Storm in the Arctic and Rain in the North Temperate [:(]

I suspected as much. I couldn't, however, resist. I am sorry about that.
