Captured cities in China

When Nationalist Chinese capture cities that were controlled by Japanese at the start of game, do they get supply from those cities?

Not in the current turn. But starting the next turn, they get supply from those cities.

Same for cities changing hands with the Nationalist or Communist faction, I believe. A City hex is only a supply source for a unit if that Major Power controlled the City at the start of the turn.

In RAW7 and RAC the Chinese cities are supply sources for whichever Chinese faction occupies them, immediately. That is, providing they were not held by Japan at any time in that turn.

Yes, that's a bug with the Arty on the ground strike using an O-chit. Not sure if it's already been reported but have done so now.
